OuiShare launches a fellowship to enable 15 people to attend our next events in Spain and Brazil, get further involved in the community and explore the present and the future of our economy and our society. If you look at the calendar, this Autumn is looking quite busy on our agends. We have just immersed ourselves in Autonomy, the Urban Mobility Festival, and in a few weeks’ time we will be travelling to Spain and Brazil to attend OuiShare Fest Barcelona 2016 and ColaborAmerica, the first annual conference for OuiShare in Latin America. In addition to that, lots of events are taking place locally and we have even seen the birth of a new OuiShare community in El Cairo (Egypt) this week. As you can easily tell, OuiShare keeps evolving; that’s permanent beta in progress. Events and gatherings are a huge part of the work we do to build and nurture a collaborative society. It’s our way to connect people, organizations and ideas. However, this year we want to go a step further by giving new people the opportunity to join in.
A Trip to Barcelona and Rio
The OuiShare Fest Barcelona and ColaborAmerica Fellowship aims to enable people from within the community and beyond to attend two of the key upcoming OuiShare events: • OuiShare Fest Barcelona 2016, on 26-27 October, in Barcelona (Spain), which will focus on how we can deconstruct our social and economic system, recombine its parts and reinvent the world we live in; and • ColaborAmerica, on 17-19 November, in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), which will gather entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers, experts and citizens from all across the world to rethink and lead Latin America towards a more conscious development model.
Up to 15 people will be able to benefit from this fellowship program which will cover the costs of the flight/train and the event tickets. This experience will allow you to get to know OuiShare from the inside, meet like-minded peers and contribute your views and thoughts to this global movement.

Those of you interested in participating in this fellowship only need to answer a short survey: share your motivations to attend these events and tell us how you could contribute to them. Have you got writing skills? Then, you may like to write a series of articles about ColaborAmerica for OuiShare Magazine! Or maybe you like video editing and you can film some interviews in Barcelona? Of course, it’s all up to you! Make it happen. Apply by October 10, 2016. We'll announce the awarded fellows soon after!
